The Cedartown Lady Bulldogs took a pair of losses to Woodland and Central Carroll (both 2-0) over the weekend, and split between a win and a loss on Tuesday.

A trip to end the month of August to Whitfield County ended with a win over the Southeast Whitfield Lady Raiders, and a loss to Northwest Whitfield Lady Bruins in area action.

That put the Lady Bulldogs at 4-4 on the year so far.

They’re back in play on Thursday, Sept. 2 against rival Rockmart, then get a break on the schedule until Thursday, Sept. 9 to play against Coosa before a Sept. 11 trip to Rome in the Battle of the Counties Tournament.
