The Cedartown Lady Bulldogs took a big win to end their week before the Labor Day break, and after a few days of time off against an area school with a history of winning.
This year, the Lady Bulldogs shouldn’t have a problem with the Coosa Lady Eagles as they travel northward to Floyd County to play in a non-region contest.
The Lady Eagles sit at 1-12 this season and face a Lady Bulldogs squad sitting at 7-5 overall.
Cedartown sits at 1-1 in region play after taking a win over Southeast Whitfield and a loss to Northwest Whitfield on August 31.
After today’s match-up with Coosa, the Lady Bulldogs have a trip coming up for region play again against Northwest Whitfield and Pickens on Sept. 14, followed by Cartersville and Blessed Trinity on Sept. 16.
