Bulldogs fall in six pointer to Braves on the road
The Cedartown Boys Basketball squad were hoping to start off the season with a positive on the road, but instead it came down to the buzzer with the team on the wrong side of the scoreboard.
Cedartown fell in their first outing against the Braves 64-58 on Saturday on a trip down to Franklin on Highway 27.
A box score from the game wasn’t immediately available to provide info on scoring leaders.
Cedartown is back in action on Tuesday at Armuchee at 7:30 p.m. The first home game of the season is coming up on Friday, December 8 as the Bulldogs host the Temple Tigers with a 7:30 p.m. start. They’ll round out their first week back on the road at East Paulding to face the Raiders in a Saturday, December 9 outing at 5:30 p.m.
