SUBSCRIBER VIDEO: Board of Education Regular Session – January 2025

The above Board of Education Regular Session was held on Tuesday afternoon, January 14, 2025 at the Central Office meeting room in Cedartown.

A packed crowd greeted the board, and speakers provided commentary on the decision to dismiss CHS Football Head Coach Jamie Abrams last week. Additionally, the board voted on field trip requests, a change in policy for speakers addressing the board following a supreme court case suggested by the Georgia School Board Association, the financial report and more.
