Cedartown’s own Batman took over Cedartown Memorial Stadium on Friday evening to give local youth the opportunity to learn a little from one of the best running backs in the NFL.
Nick Chubb’s off-season break is coming to a close, but before he heads back to Cleveland and a big job in the backfield this season he came back to his home turf and with the help of CHS coaches put on a football camp for Cedartown youth.
The Bulldogs football squad also took part in the Friday evening event that saw the CHS and Georgia alum’s annual camp bring out at least 150 participating youth.
Parents were allowed to watch from the stands, and cousin Niedra Chubb’s organization Mom’s United also held a diaper drive on Doc Ayers Field as well.
Check back for additional video coverage from Friday’s camp, and go to Polk Today for a gallery of photos from the Mom’s United event.
